Bush 'n Buck Private Game Farm is your ultimate break away from the noisy city life. We have several species of buck, birdlife, insects, and reptiles roaming freely across 120 hectares of malaria-free bushveld. You can view game by foot, bicycle or golf cart. You will be able to see a variety of game including: Zebra, Greater Kudu, Wildebeest, Blesbok, Steenbok, etc. When night falls, you can light your campfire or braai fire and listen to the frequent sounds of the wildlife.
Our facilities are fully equipped to cater for up to 56 guests with 5 'Big Chalets' (Named after the "Big Five" game of South Africa) and 9 'Small chalets' (Named after the game that can be seen on our farm).
All chalets sleeps 2 adults and 2 children with 1 double bed and 2 single beds. Our chalets include a Braai area, Picnic area, Air conditioning, DSTV, Fully equipped kitchen for your self catering needs, and the Rooms are serviced daily. Big Chalets also offer a private Jacuzzi for extra relaxation.
We aim to provide our guests with a personal service and therefore do not allow the Farm to get over-crowded. Experiencing nature is what we offer you and your family or corporate team.
Our caravan park consists of 54 stands with power point, water tap and removable braai. Stands are on grass within easy reach of the ablution blocks. We now have 4 private stands with own ablution , which consist of shower, toilet and kitchen area.
For those who don't want the hassle of pitching up a tent or caravan, we have 9 camp rooms available. These rooms consist of a double bed, bar fridge and cupboards. We supply the bedding and eating utensils for two people, but no towels. No Tv or air conditioner. Ablution block with shower and bath with a communal kitchen in easy reach.
Our newest addition is the Hippo chalet which consist of 3 bedrooms, bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, air conditioners and DStv. Outside is a private braai and jacuzzi. Two rooms with double bed and one bedroom with two single beds.
We offer a large number of entertainment activities which is ideal for great family fun or corporate team building events: e.g. Volleyball, Tennis, Driving Range, Heated Swimming pool and much more. Our kiosk has a Big screen TV which is ideal for sport viewing. Arcade games and pool table are available in the kiosk. We have 24 hour security patrolling the premises.
Our newest addition is a lapa with big screen tv available 24/7.
We are situated on a beautiful game farm, 40km outside Brits on the R511. It is one and a half hours drive from Johannesburg, and one hour drive from Pretoria. Nearby attractions includes Sun City Pilanesberg (65km drive) and Hartebeespoortdam (60km drive).
